(BURLINGAME, CA), December 16, 2014 — AeroCentury Corp. (NYSE MKT: ACY), an independent aircraft leasing company, today announced the purchase from and leaseback to Adria Airways of two Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft.

"Adria Airways, a Star Alliance member, is the national carrier of Slovenia and offers scheduled flights to twenty-two destinations throughout Europe.
